OLD KIRK WHISKY - 1908 Saloon Sign - A. P. Hotaling & Co.

Sign advertises "OLD KIRK WHISKEY" distributed by A. P. Hotaling & Co. from San Francisco. Printed by Schmidt Litho Co. of San Francisco and Copyright 1908 this sign celebrates the arrival of the American Navy known as the White Fleet when it came into the bay in 1908. Has all the ships named with the Flagship Connecticut at front bottom. The California is in it's own vignette with the American Flag draped over. Billboard sign on Yerba Buena Island reads "DRINK OLD KIRK WHISKY". Note that whiskey is spelled without the e on this sign. Measuring approx. 20" X 14", this sign is in excellent condition for it's age and is framed ready to hang.

Trade card - TESTING CLARK'S O. N. T. SPOOL COTTON
A great cowboy trade card in true wild west fashion. This one has been removed from an album so some paper has been lost on the back. The back is equally as interesting, listing all the jobbers in San Francisco. I'm showing the front and the back. There are a couple of creases in the very bottom center of the card and the lower left corner. Look at the pictures, It's a nice card.

Postage and insurance is added to all orders. California Residents must pay 8 1/4% Sales Tax or send a resale card, filled out, with payment.
